APML provides an online tracking platform on its website and mobile application, allowing you to track the status of your consignment at any time. Simply enter your consignment details to view real-time updates and current shipment information.
What if I am charged more than the final quotation provided? What procedure do you follow in this case?
We strictly adhere to the final quotation provided at the time of the survey. No additional charges are applied before or after your relocation beyond the quoted amount, unless there is a change in the scope of services requested by you.
What safety measures do you use when relocating heavy goods?
We use specialized safety belts and harnesses to securely fasten heavy and electronic items to the walls of our carriers.
